All items for sale in our shop are handmade just for you, there may be some slight variances in your item compared to the item(s) pictured in the shop due to the natural state of leather. I do my very best to make sure that your item is as close to the pictured item as possible. On items requiring floral, it is custom to the color as availability is constantly changing. These slight variations add to your products character, and the beauty of buying handmade.
Each piece is handmade, packaged and shipped by me when you place your order therefor, processing time is 15 business days + 3-5 day USPS shipping time (times are subject to change around the holidays). You may purchase a rush my order option to skip the line of orders for an extra fee.
International shipping takes 2-6 weeks after our lead time of 10-15 business days for delivery. Coastal Bow Company is not responsible for customs fees or any taxes you may have to pay on your parcel.
once an item is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email provided at checkout. Coastal Bow Company IS NOT liable for any damage or loss of a package after in the hands of USPS. If you would like to purchase insurance, please notify me before placing your order.
